What we collect and why

• Account data (email address, password hash, or Google sign-in identifier) — to create and secure your account and let you sign in. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Tracker content (tracker titles, goal amounts, units, increments, reward names, progress, dates) — to provide the Service and sync your progress across devices. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Purchase records (whether you hold lifetime access, order reference) — to grant access and support you. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests in supporting customers.
• Technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser information, error logs) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

• Hosting, database, and authentication providers who run the Service on our behalf.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, payments, invoicing, refunds, and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting, where necessary.
• Authorities where we are required to do so by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep account and tracker data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email chantalinmotion@gmail.com and we’ll respond within one month. If your data is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and database access rules that restrict each account to its own records.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage only — to keep you signed in and to save the free demo tracker in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. Payment pages served by Paddle may set their own cookies, described in Paddle’s privacy notice. You can clear or block storage in your browser settings, though sign-in will stop working.
